The Urban by Ikea has to be the ultimate $100 plastic chair. First of all it only costs $40 so in theory you can get 2.5 chairs for $100. Second it stacks which is handy since now you can afford to get a couple of extra chairs in case you have a big meeting. And third, they are pretty comfortable, and they feel sturdy when you sit in them. A win win chair.

ReplyDeleteIndeed, I noticed that you had them as well. Karen has these in her shop and the see a lot of use, and they've held up very well. A great value.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree. Just picked up 2 of these over the weekend in white and they are comfrontable, extremely sturdy and have great lines. Even the plastic itself looks great -- more of what I'd call a matte finish with some texture, rather than a high gloss/smooth texture finish.
