Spotted over on the Jetson Green blog is an awesome new Co-Working office in Boulder, Colorado. Preston has told the whole story so I'm not going to repeat it all here - jump over to his site and read about the details. The gist is the building was formerly a porn shop, it was purchased, and completely renovated using green and salvaged materials. My favorite is the maple gymnasium flooring, random striping included. You will see some other of my favorite materials there too like Flor carpet tile. More photos after the fold.
boulder needs some modernism. unless you are up up up, the town has terrible architected homes. Like awful.
