before you buy new, look hard at used

A lot of the office furniture systems we've been looking at here can be expensive. And the manufacturers often are not set up to sell to small offices - oh they'll do it, but its clear the infrastructure capacity is built to handle up to thousands of workstations for big corporations. In most regions there are used/refurbished office furniture dealers who liquidate big offices when corporations go under or relocate offices. They clean, refinish, and prep stuff for resale, and the value is very good for a small office compared to buying new.
